Payroll Flow Chart -   Set up Grades
  • In this form we  can make  different grades for employees and as per different grades we can make a configuration for the following: -
    1. Basic pay for this grade.
    2. Causal leaves.
    3. Sick leaves.
    4. Optional leaves
    5. Remuneration allowed for working holidays.
    6. Hours/per day.
    7. Overtime allowed or under time deducted (we can define slabs for overtime and the rate per/hour).
    8. If  working  days  are  greater  than  required working days, than should he get salary for excess days or not.
    9. Minimum working days for Full pay/Half pay and Week off.
