Payroll Flow Chart - Update Employee Grade through Template Grade

In this form we can update grades for any employee which we have made in Set Up Grades Master i.e. if we have an employee whose grade is not defined and we have set his Allowances/Deduction Employee wise but in that case we can not give him causal leaves or optional leaves or allow over time or deduct undertime etc which we can give in grade when we define grade for a particular employee (This form is basically used for the employees whoes cofiguration is set employee wise and not grade wise ).
Here when we update such an employee than he will get the causal leaves which are applicable to that grade in which he is updated. But his allowances and deduction will remain Employee wise which are defined in Employee set up.
