The sale bill has been designed in a manner to give maximum information to the user at the time of entry without compromising with the speed of the entry. In order to insure accuracy of input the user can use our "Predefined defaults Settings" module wherein he can predefine the settings like VAT Inclusive and VAT Exclusive etc.

Option to buy in strips and sell and tabs and rates are automatically converted into tablets.

Billing can be done on item name, item code or on batch No. using batch No. s item code for fast billing (it automatically picks item name with batch no. expiry etc. user need to enter quantity only.

Shows the details of stock in hand batch wise at the time of item selection.
- Expiry Date user has the option to highlight in "Red" color any batch nearing expiry with supplier name & purchase bill no & date.
User can see item wise margin at the time of billing.

Facility to retrieve Multiple/Partial Sale Orders/Sale Challans int he same bill.

Facility to enter Sale return/Challan return within the sale bill & mark the returnedbatch as Expired, Damaged or sale able.

User can retrieve old bill for particular patient with same items for speedy billing eg. Sugar patient, Heart patient etc.

User can predefined doctor + surgery + item so that at the time of billing with single click of button all the 15-16 items can be retrieve and save lot of time.

Option of detailed Govt. employees billing.

Patient details with doctor name can be fed at the time of invoicing.

At the time of billing item location information is available at which shelf item is lying (this is helpful in slow moving and new launched products).
