Payroll Flow Chart - Payroll Generation

This is the form where payroll will be generated and we can get all details starting from Basic salary till Net salary with their allowances and deductions and also details of their leaves or loan installments.
Here if at the time of setting payroll time period we have set week wise time period than we can also get payroll week wise for a particular month.

Here we can also see the details of Allowances/Deduction, Loan details or Pay configuration which we have set for a particular employee.

The calculation for payroll is done according to the configuration which we have set in each employee at the time of creating employee and the calculation is done on the basic salary mentioned in set employees and not in the grade in which the employee is allocated.
