Here we have options regarding employees advances given, advances returned, payments made, payment received, imp rest given, imp rest returned, other additions and other deduction, and we can also enter the reasons for the above mentioned terms.
This entry will not be shown in payroll generation and it will not affect the salary. And we can check the ledger of the employee from this form which will show his debit and credit and running balance with his salary due till that date if any.
